If we’re a good fit and you’d like to move forward, I’ll send you a proposal with a contract to make our partnership official. Next come two necessary steps contract is signed and 30% retainer is paid. Once you submit those, your date is secured on my calendar, and you can breathe a sigh of relief knowing you just found your dream wedding photographer. The remainder amount can be paid in payments or in full two weeks prior to wedding date.

During the weeks and months leading up to your weddings, I’ll act as a personal guide, offering vendor recommendations, tips and tricks, and more. If you choose a collection with an engagement session, we’ll schedule it for a few months before your wedding, and create a detailed shot list for the day of. Also, about a month before your wedding we will meet again to build a timeline that best suits your package.

It’s time to capture this special, fleeting season with beautiful photos! Your engagement session is a great opportunity to get comfortable with me and my camera and practice taking pictures together. Plus, you can use the photos for Save the Dates, wedding websites, and more!

The big day has finally arrived. It’s going to be great! I’ll get to your venue early to scout out the layout and lighting. Thanks to all the and prep we’ve done, you can simply relax and enjoy the moment while I do my thing!

gallery delivery

I’ll send you a few sneak peek photos within a few days of your wedding to get you excited, then your full gallery will be delivered 7-9 weeks later. You can download and print them yourself. Pro tip: Plan a date night with your new spouse to look through the photos together and relive the joy of that day all over again!
